*કોરોના વિશે થોડીક અપડેટ* જે રોજ બરોજના અનુભવમાંથી જાણવા ને શીખવા મળ્યું છે, એ તમારી સાથે share કરું છું.... *અવલોકન નં. 1* રેપીડ એન્ટીજન ટેસ્ટ પોઝિટિવ તો ૧૦૦ % કોરોના અન્ય કોઈ ટેસ્ટની જરૂર નથી.... *અવલોકન નં. 2* રેપીડ ટેસ્ટ નેગેટીવ હોય તો પણ ૫૦% chance છે કે કોરોના હોય. માટે રેપીડ ટેસ્ટ નોર્મલ હોય તો કોરોનાના નિદાન માટે RT PCR અથવા CT સ્કેન કરાવવું....( CT Scan વધારે પડતો વહેલાં કોઈ જ લક્ષણો વગર જો કરાવવામાં આવે તો તે નોર્મલ આવે છે....એટલે જાતે જાતે ડોક્ટરને પૂછ્યા વગર જ CT Scan કરાવવા ના પહોંચી જવું.... આજે ઘણા લોકો રેપીડ એન્ટીજન પોઝિટિવ આવે એટલે જાતે CT Scan કે RT PCR કરાવી આવે છે. અને એમાં કશું જ આવતું નથી હોતું, કેમકે દર્દીમાં કોઈ ખાસ વધુ લક્ષણો હોતા નથી... CBC, CRP પણ નોર્મલ આવે છે.... (CRP કોરોના સિવાય ચિકનગુનિયા, ડેન્ગ્યુ, ટાયફોઈડ કે ન્યુમોનીયા કે સાદા ગુમડામાં કે પેશાબમાં પરું, લીવરમાં પરું જેવા ઘણા રોગમાં વધી જાય છે.... CRP વધે એટલે જ કોરોના, એવું જરૂરી નથી... ) CT SCAN, RTPCR, CRP નોર્મલ આવે એનો મતલબ એમ નથી કે તમને કોરોના નથી... એક વાર રેપીડ પોઝિટિવ તો જ આવે એનો મતલબ એમ જ કે તમારી અંદર વાયરસ છે જ.... હા, તમારામાં એટલાં વધુ વાયરસનો લોડ નથી, કે જેથી તમારામાં તેઓ વધુ લક્ષણો પેદા કરી શકે....પણ તમારાથી બીજાંને ચેપ તો ફેલાઈ શકે જ છે...!!! *અવલોકન નં. 3* રેપીડ એન્ટીજનની પ્રમાણિતતા 50 %, RT PCR ની 67-70 % અને CT SCAN ની 75-85 % છે.... હવે આનો મતલબ એમ થાય કે, ૧૦૦ કોરોનાના સાચા પૉઝિટિવ દર્દીના ફરી RAPID કરો તો ૫૦ % કેસમાં નેગેટિવ આવશે.... એટલે તમારો એક જગ્યાએ રેપીડ પોઝિટિવ આવ્યો છે, તો બીજી જગ્યાએ નેગેટિવ પણ આવી શકે છે.... તો તમે નેગેટિવ છો એવું સમજવાનું નથી....એવું જ RT PCR અને CT SCAN નું છે.... મતલબ સાફ છે કે એક વાર તમે રેપીડ પોઝિટિવ આવ્યા એટલે બધું જ ભૂલીને મને કોરોના છે જ, એવું સ્વીકારી લો અને QUARANTINE થઇ જાઓ.... અને જો તકલીફ વધુ હોય અને ડોકટર દાખલ થવાનું કહે તો દાખલ થઈ જાઓ.... જો તમે QUARENTINE નહિ થાઓ, અને તમને કદાચ કોઈ પણ લક્ષણ નહિ હોય....પણ તમે બીજાંને ચેપ ફેલાવશો જ અને તમારાથી કોઈ મોટી ઉંમરનાંને કે નાનાં બાળકોને કે સગર્ભા સ્ત્રીને ચેપ લાગી જશે તો એ લોકો વધુ સિરિયસ થઈ જશે. તમે તો સારી IMMUNITY હશે, તો થોડા જ દિવસ પછી નેગેટીવ પણ થઈ જશો. પણ તમારા લીધે કોઈ બીજાંના જીવને જોખમમાં ના મૂકવો જોઈએ. *અવલોકન નં. 4* હવે વાયરસનું જોર ઓછું થયું છે એવું ઘણા કહે છે. એનું કારણ એ છે કે લોકોમાં હવે DIRECTLY કે INDIRECTLY હાર્ડ ઈમ્યુનિટી બનતી જોવા મળી રહી છે. ઘણા એવું પૂછતાં હોય છે કે કોરોના કયારે જશે..??? તો એનો એક જ જવાબ છે કે બધાંને એક વાર થશે ત્યારે... અથવા કમ સે કમ 50 % લોકોને થશે ત્યારે.... મતલબ, એક વાર તમારામાં એન્ટિબોડી આવી જશે તો બીજાંને ફેલાવવાનું ઓછું થઈ જશે.... એટલે બીજાંને લાગશે નહિ.... એને એક વાર મોટા ભાગનાને થઈ જશે પછી આપણું શરીર ફલૂના વાયરસની જેમ આ વાયરસ સાથે પણ ટેવાઈ જશે અને લડતા શીખી.જશે. હા, આ વાયરસ થોડો ખતરનાક એટલા માટે કહેવાય કે આ સીધો ફેફસાં પર જ હુમલો કરે છે.... અને ઘણાં લોકોનાં ફેફસાંમાં કાયમી નુક્સાન કરી નાંખે છે, જેને fibrosis ફાઈબ્રોસિસ કેવાય છે..... જે સામાન્ય રીતે TB ના જુના દર્દીમાં જોવા મળતું હોય છે.... એટલે જે લોકો અનુલોમ-વિલોમ અને કપાલભાતિ વગેરે જેવો યોગા પ્રાણાયામ રેગ્યુલર કરશે એ લોકોનાં ફેફસાં મજબૂત બનશે....અને એમને જોખમ ઓછું રહેશે.... *અવલોકન નં. 5* એક વખત રેપીડ એન્ટીજન પોઝિટિવ આવે તો જલ્દી ઓફિસ કે દુકાન કે જોબ પર ચડવા માટે થઈને બીજી વાર ટેસ્ટ કરવામાં ઘણા ઉતાવળા થઈ જતા હોય છે....પણ 14 દિવસ isolation ના પૂરા થાય અને કોઈ જ લક્ષણ ના હોય તો જ રેપીડ એન્ટીજન કરાવવો જોઈએ, પણ એ વખતે અવલોકન નં. 1 ધ્યાનમાં રાખવું જોઈએ.... એના કરતાં બને તો, એન્ટિબોડીનો રિપોર્ટ કરાવવો વધુ સલાહભર્યો છે. (કેમ એ નીચે વાંચો, સમજાઈ જશે...!!! ) *અવલોકન નં. 6* એક વાર કોરોના થઈ જાય એટલે કોરોનાના વાયરસની સામે લડવા માટે એન્ટિબોડી શરીરમાં બની જતા હોય છે... હવે આ કોરોના એક વખત લગભગ બધા જ લોકોને થઈ જશે, એટલે લગભગ મોટાભાગના લોકોમાં એના એન્ટોબોડી બની જ જવાના છે.... આ એન્ટિબોડી એટલે એક પ્રકારની આર્મી , સૈનિક કે જે કોરોના સામે આપણને રક્ષણ આપશે.... એટલે ભવિષ્યમાં જેટલી વાર કોરોનાના વાયરસ હુમલો કરશે તો આપણું શરીર એની સામે લડવા માટે સજ્જ રહેશે એટલે કોરોનાના વાયરસ આપણું કાંઈ બગાડી શકશે નહિ. ( હા, ડાયાબિટીસ, બ્લડપ્રેશર, મોટી ઉમર,વધુ વજન,હાર્ટ, કિડની, લીવરની બીમારી, કેન્સરના દર્દીઓને તકલીફ ઊભી કરી શકે છે.) *સૌથી મહત્વની વાત એ કે એન્ટિબોડીનો રિપોર્ટ એક વાર કોરોના થાય પછી કમ સે કમ 21 થી 28 દિવસ પછી જ કરાવવો...* અને એક વાર એન્ટિબોડી બની જાય તો તમે પ્લાઝમા ડોનેશન કરી શકો છો.... પ્લાઝમા ડોનેશનમાં તમારું આખું જ લોહી નથી લેતાં, પણ એમાંથી પ્લાઝમા અલગ કરી નાખે છે.... એક વ્યક્તિના પ્લાઝમા ડોનેશનથી બે વ્યક્તિને જીવનદાન આપી શકો છો.... (there’s no definitive research/findings available yet on how long these antibodies stay in a person. Those who were diagnosed with COVID previously and have recovered , need not be carefree.) *અવલોકન નં. 7* ઘણા એમ કહેતા હોય છે કે મને ઘણા દિવસ પહેલાં મોમાં સ્વાદ કે નાકમાં સ્મેલ નહોતા આવતા એવું બનેલું... અથવા એક કે બે દિવસ ઝીણો તાવ આવેલો... આ બધા લક્ષણો કોરોનાના હોઈ શકે છે... મારા ધ્યાનમાં એવા 10-12 કિસ્સા છે કે જે લોકોએ મને આવી ફરિયાદ કરેલી કે સ્વાદ નહોતો આવતો, એ લોકોમાં રિપોર્ટમાં એન્ટીબોડી જોવા મળ્યા છે, મતલબ કે એવા લોકોને કોરોના આવીને જતો પણ રહ્યો હોય....!!! આવી જ રીતે મોટાભાગના લોકોમાં કોરોના એન્ટીબોડી બની જશે ત્યારે કોરોના જશે.... હકીકતમાં કોરોના નહીં જાય, આપણે એની સાથે જીવતાં અને એને જીતતાં શીખી જઈશું...!!! બસ, તો આ જંગમાં એટલું જ ધ્યાન રાખવાનું છે કોરોના તો થવાનો જ છે, માટે એનાથી સહેજ પણ ડર્યા વગર વહેલી તકે નિદાન અને સારવાર ચાલુ કરાવી દઈએ, જેથી ઘરે રહીને જ સારાં થઈ જઈએ... કોરોનાથી ડરવાની જરૂર નથી.... કોરોનાના જંગમાં ઓછા લોકોની કુરબાની ચડે અને જલ્દી આપણી જીત થાય એના માટે આપણે પૂરતી સાવચેતી રાખીએ અને ફરી પાછાં આપણે પહેલાંની જેમ જલ્દી હરતાં ફરતાં અને ખુશીઓની લહેરો ઉઠાવતાં બની જઈએ એવી ઈશ્વરને પ્રાર્થના - F/D ડો. તેજસ દોશી DrTejas Doshi
