Just wanted to share a bit about my experience with Vipassana. વિપશ્યના મેડિટેશન વિશે સોશ્યલ મિડીયામાં વાત કરું કે નહીં એ અંગે હું અવઢવમાં હતો. આત્મષ્લાઘા અને વાણીવિલાસ બંને ભયસ્થાનો હાઉકલી કરતાં હતાં. એટલે જ પહેલી વારનો Februaryમાં કચ્છ વિપશ્યના કેન્દ્રનો કોઈ અનુભવ ન તો રેડિયો પર શેર કર્યો હતો કે ન આ પ્લેટફોર્મ પર. પણ, ઈગતપુરી જઈ બીજા વિપશ્યના અનુભવ પછી એક વિચાર આવ્યો કે કદાચ મારો આ વિડીયો કોઈ બીજાને વિપશ્યના માટે પ્રેરણા આપે, એનેય મારી જેમ ફાયદો થાય. That is the sole purpose of making this video. A quick guide to Vipassana : 1. People from any religion/background can learn and practice it. 2. Noble silence for ten days. 3. Most isolative experience despite of being surrounded by hundreds of people around you. 4. No external distractions whatsoever. Completely disconnected from the world. Just you and your mind. 5. Intense hard work. Meditation for almost 10 hours a day. 6. Makes you realise real essence of Dharma (धर्म) 7. Fills your bosom with immense gratitude and peace.
